Cancellation |

In the event a registration is cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply. We will refund the balance minus any bank charges. |

Cancellation received by August 31, 2006: No cancellation fee |
|
Cancellation received on or after September 1, 2006: Half the registration
fee |
|
Cancellation recieved on or after October 5, 2006: No refund |
|

Upon request, the EVS-22 Registration Office will issue a letter of invitation
and other documents necessary for visa applications to those who have completed
registration (including payment). Please download and fill out the VISA QUESTIONNAIRE form, and submit it to the EVS-22 Registration Office by August 31, 2006.
|
|
|
Notes: A letter of invitation is not a commitment on the part of the Congress
organizers to provide any financial support. Please be aware that the EVS-22
Registration Office CANNOT contact or intervene with any Japanese Embassy
or Consulate office abroad on behalf of the applicants. The visa application
must be done in person. |
