World Electric Vehicle Association will launch a new learned journal "WEVA Journal" as a supplementary to EVS symposia. The WEVA journal will be the first scientific journal that covers researches in all areas related to battery, hybrid and fuel cell electric vehicles. Experts from various countries will act as editorial board members of the journal to select scientific papers with outstanding expertise for publication.

Prerequisite for Application Papers must be presented in EVS and meet all specified evaluation standards.
Review/Selection Papers will be peer reviewed by scientific authorities of WEVA Journal editorial board. Scientific Papers that meet the examination standard will be selected and published in the journal.

Please submit your full paper and paper summary from the User Page by Tuesday, August1,2006 in accordance with the Paper Guidelines.



Your paper and summary should be prepared in accordance with the
Template for full paper
and Template for paper summary.



Fill out the Copyright Agreement and return it to the Secretariat by facsimile by August1, 2006. In the case of Coauthoring, the agreement should be signed by one representative.

The payment of registration fee is required for presentation and publication in the Proceedings CD-ROM.Please register for the symposium from the "Resitration" screen on the User Page,@and complete the payment of registration fee for speaker no later than August 1, 2006.
Please note that each author is permitted to present only one paper at the symposium. For multiple papers to be accepted, it will be necessary to register each paper under a different name for presentation, and to pay a registration fee per speaker.

Please refer to the Paper Guidelines to prepare for your presentation.
Oral / Auditorium Oral presentation; 20 min. presentation time including Q & A per paper; 4-5 papers/session; 5 parallel 6 sessions
Poster / Dialogue Poster presentation; 90 min. oral explanation and discussion time per paper; All posters will be posted at the poster session space in the Exhibition Hall throughout the Symposium.
Regardless of the method of presentation, the accepted papers will be published in one format, on the EVS-22 Proceedings CD-ROM.

In the name of the World Electric Vehicle Association, EVS-22 will select and award the outstanding papers from among those written by young authors. First Authors aged 35 years or below( born on or after January 1, 1971) should mark the applicable checkbox on the paper sumbission screen.
